Aiming at technical matters caused in imitating spiral fluted tap,therefore this paper build spiral fluted tap’s threading mechanical model, targeting the minimum threading torque, spiral fluted tap’s structural parameters optimum design has been done, and then the structure finite element analysis of the spiral fluted tap under exact stress condition is done, obtaining it’s optimum structure.
针对螺旋槽丝锥在制造时存在的某些技术问题,建立丝锥攻丝时的力学模型,以攻丝扭矩最小为目标对螺旋槽丝锥几何参数进行优化设计,并对已优化设计的螺旋槽丝锥进行有限元分析,得到了最佳结构。
