【变更地籍测t】在变更地籍调查中，为确定依法变更后的土地权属界址、宗地形状、面积及使用情况等而进行的测绘工作。它是在变更权属调查的基础上进行的。变更地籍测量一般采用解析法。在不具备条件的地方，可采用部分解析法，或图解勘丈法。变更地籍测量精度应不低于原图测绘精度。面积求算时，若一宗地分割成数宗地，其分割后数宗地面积之和与原宗地面积相对照，其差值在允许范围内，可将差值按分割宗地面积比例分配。差值超过允许范围时，要进行复算检核，必要时还要进行外业复查、纠正(包括初始地籍测量和变更地籍测量成果)。数宗地合并为一宗地时，合并后的面积应与原宗地面积之和相符。当在一幅图内或一个街坊内，宗地面积变更范围超过112时，应对该幅图或街坊进行地籍原图的更新测量。变更地籍测量是一项既平常而又重要的工作，是维持地籍资料现势性的主要技术手段。具有1.目标分散，发生频繁;2.政策性强，检核严格;3.变更同步、连续、系统等特点。
