Various labeled technique that have been applied in immunoassay presently was introduced,including labeled radiation,labeled enzyme,labeled luminophor,labeled fluorescein,labeled colloidal-gold and labeled paramagnetic-particle along with their principle characteristic and actuality of immunoassay,and their prospects were also discussed in this paper.
