This study deals with a statistic analysis on the papers published in the Journal of Inner Mongolia Polytechnic University (Natural Science Edition) from 1994 to 1998,involving the number of contributions and their publication rate,the source of contributions and their classification,content and length,the timeliness of report,the status of authors and the reported proportion of research findings.

黄金外流
【黄金外流】在国际范围内，一国的黄金资源向他国的转移。在金本位制时期，各国黄金可以自由买卖，自由输人输出。金本位制崩溃以后，各国纷纷实行外汇管制，黄金交易自由受到极大的限制。加之黄金的非货币化，从金本位制到金块本位制和金汇兑本位制及过渡到不兑现的信用货币制度，黄金在逐渐丧失其货币职能。黄金作为货币商品是一个历史范畴。黄金资源从一国向他国的转移，其目的和渠道在不同的时期有所不同。在国际贸易最初的发展阶段，出现国际收支逆差的国家以黄金执行国际支付手段，造成黄金源源外流。在金本位制下，由于外汇供求关系，外汇市场的实际汇率高于黄金输出点，就会导致黄金外流，这实际上是依附于国际贸易。作为普通商品在国际黄金市场上的交易也引起黄金外流。有些金融机构如中央银行、国际清算银行、国际货币基金组织都是黄金市场的参与者。由于黄金货币化浪潮的推动，黄金作为一种储备并不生利息而且要付出保管贮存费用，官方拍卖黄金而持有其他官方储备资产也造成黄金外流。有的国家为了取得国际支付手段应付国内经济不景气的状况，也往往出售黄金以换取硬通货。
