农村产业结构(industrial strueture in ru-ral areas)农村中产业的组成状况，即农村产业部门的种类及各自所占有的份额，包括种植业结构、农业结构(亦称“农业生产结构”)和农村产业结构三个层次。种植业结构以播种面积中粮食作物、经济作物及饲料、绿肥、蔬菜、瓜类作物各占的百分比表示;农业生产结构是以种植业、林业、牧业、副业、渔业在农业总产值或农业就业劳动力中所占的百分比表示;农村产业结构则是通过社会总产值中或农村就业劳动力中，农业、工业、服务业各部门所占的百分比表示。 产业结构的划分许多国家在划分产业结构时，通常使用第一、第二、第三产业的术语。流行的有三种产业结构的调整。一般说来，三个层次的调整需要结合进行。 调整农村产业结构，要在深入进行调查研究的基础上，兼顾多方面的要求:要着眼于人们对各种各样农副产品的需求;要能保持产业部门间的协调和相互促进，保持生态平衡;要能保持产业部门的规模、发展速度和资源条件之间的平衡;能获得最佳的经济效益。总之，要使整个农村经济不论在自然再生产和经济再生产上，都能保持在扩大的基础上进行，实现社会效益、生态效益及经济效益的统一。调整产业结构受当前经济条件的制约。从根本上讲，农村多种产业发展的规模、速度在很大程度上是由农业生产水平决定的。因为只有在农业生产发展到一定水平之后，才能将一部分原来用于农业生产的土地、劳动力、资金以及其他资源用于其他产业部门，而且这部分土地、劳动力、资金以及其他资源的多少，也取决于农业生产水平。 发展农村多种产业，直接间接都离不开土地。特别是像中国这样人多地少的国家，应充分利用荒山、荒地、水面，实行集约农业技术体系，以弥补非农产业占地造成的损失。建立新的农村产业部门，在资金不宽裕的条件下，要十分重视选择好起步产业，实行多种资金融通形式，积累和筹集必需的资金。价格是影响产业结构能否加速调整的关键因素。在社会主义商品经济条件下，不论通过市场采购或国家合同收购的产品，其价格都要能保证各个产业部门获得大致平衡的经济效益。要千方百计调动农民发展农村多种产业的积极性，除全民及集体经营形式外，允许个体以及多种多样新经济联合体经营，实行多种成分、多种形式、多层次经营的方针，健全产前、产中、产后服务(包括技术服务)以及加强基础设施建设，推动农村第一、二、三产业的全面发展。
