【计划分解】一种利用原始数据本身所具备的统计特性，确定下年度各个月(季)份计划监测目标的技术。‘具体步骤:①利用季节调整软件xll对原始数据进行处理，获得原始数据的季节因子乳②假设经济现象以r稳定增长，利用下式取得下年度相应的各月(季)的初步监测数Q，十‘。(1+r。=浑(1) Q.十，=(l+r)，Q‘(2)然后利用(3)式得到实际的计划分解监测数据Q犷’。 喘，=居“·Sj(3)式中，n二4时表示季度数据;n=12时表示月度数据;r为年内逐月(季)的增长率;t表示基年;j表示需监测的月(季);j=1，2，3，4(季)或j=l，2，…，12(月);p表示指标为最后的监测目标。 计划分解对于监测实际经济运行过程，调整并执行宏观经济政策使之达到预定目标是必不可少的。
