本文根据锅炉压力容器的工艺特点，提出了一个应用于锅炉压力容器的CAPP系统开发平台，该开发平台既可以检索现有的工艺，也能根据典型工艺，通过成组技术进行工艺的派生，同时也能进行工艺的创成并通过适当的人机交互设计出符合用户需要的工艺。从实用的角度较好的解决了锅炉压力容器CAPP系统的适应性问题。
前言
锅炉压力容器的工艺设计是为企业的生产管理提供技术服务的，系统是否实用是系统成败的一个重要标志。因此必须紧密结合行业生产特点来设计系统的功能，压力容器的质量保证可以从设计、材料、制造与制造过程中的检验、在役检验与监控四个方面提出质量保证措施，而良好的工艺设计是制造过程中的重要保证，企业希望能引进计算机辅助工艺设计来减少生产成本、提高生产率和产品质量，增加企业收入，适应瞬息万变的地市场需要。 当前应用在锅炉压力容器行业的CAPP系统还不多，现有的系统大多只是简单的检索工艺或进行工艺的简单派生，这些CAPP系统采用的开发方法单一，运用成组技术进行工艺派生的少，即使工艺创成的达到实用化的也不多。其开发方向仍偏向于结合具体的企业进行开发。这些专用型的CAPP系统在解决不同企业的相同问题时(例如工艺文档的输出，工艺图形的编辑等等)没有为不同的企业提供一个通用的工具，导致了软件开发的重复建设，每次都要根据不同的企业特点来解决相同的问题，二次开发的工作量大。这种开发模式已经与当前CAPP系统的发展方向不相适应，必须采用新的开发模式来解决这个问题。 炉压力容器CAPP系统开发平台的需求分析 因为锅炉压力容器的工艺设计是典型的复杂问题，包含了分析、选择、规划、优化等不同性质的各种功能要求，所涉及的范围十分广泛，用到的信息量相当庞大，又与具体的生产环境及个人经验水平密切相关；生产环境不同(不同的工厂，甚至同一工厂内的不同车间)、产品对象不同、生产批量不同，生产设备、工艺方法和工艺习惯都不一样，使得产品工艺差别很大 。因此，必须针对工艺设计的不同环节加以解决。而CAPP系统开发平台能把系统的功能分解成一个个相对独立的工具，针对不同的应用环境，在开发平台上构造符合用户需要的CAPP系统，也可以将开发平台提供给用户，使用户可以进行CAPP系统的二次开发，CAPP系统开发平台可以适应企业内部发生的较大的变化，具有较好的通用性和柔性。因此，本文决定采用CAPP系统开发平台作为开发模式。在解决了开发方向之后，我们就可以根据需求分析得出其功能模块的组成和系统的总统结构设计。
