通过对大鼠血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione preoxidose,GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dis-mutase,SOD)活力及丙二醛(malon-dialdehyde,MDA)含量的测定,探讨枸杞叶茶及加硒枸杞叶茶、加硒加锌枸杞叶茶对大鼠脂质过氧化的影响。
