ichthyosis vulgaris
常染色体显性遗传。为鱼鳞病中最多见的一种。症状较轻，损害最小，生后数月发病，皮肤干燥粗糙，上有糠秕状鳞屑，夏季病情好转，冬季症状加重，同时伴毛发稀、指趾甲变形。组织学检查有毛囊角栓。
