敷药
敷药 中医外科临床最常用的外用药剂型。亦名敷贴、围药、贴（火办）、箍围药，俗称涂药。见《外科启玄》卷三。临证可根据病情之不同，选用相应的药物，研为粉剂，用鲜植物叶（或根、茎）汁、醋、酒、水、萄花露、银花露、动物油脂、植物油、蜂蜜、饴糖等作赋形剂，调成糊状物，敷于所生痈疽外部，借以达到截毒、束毒、拔毒、温化、行瘀、清热、定痛、消肿之目的。由于箍围药有寒、热之不同，所以在应用时亦当分别使用。如属于阳证的，宜有寒凉药贴之，如如意金黄散；属于阴证的，应以温热药贴之，如回阳玉龙散；属于半阴半阳证者，应以平和药贴之，可用冲和膏等。
