在模拟软件中,建立带压边圈的杯形件拉延模具模型,设杯形件材料为弹塑体本构模型,考虑厚度的应力、应变变化,通过数值模拟拉延成形,在不同压下位移时,求得凹模圆角处及附近的板料厚度截面等效应变、等效应力以及厚度变化值的分布;在此基础上,对压下位移不同阶段的凹模圆角成形区及附近区域的应力、应变值进行分析,其数值分别沿凹模圆角由外径向内径方向数值增大;另外得出在不同位置厚度发生变化曲线。

利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对圆孔翻边成形过程进行了数值模拟,获得了翻边变形可以分为4个阶段的细观认识及其动态过程、翻边预加工小孔孔径的分析计算方法、变形区料厚变化情况以及等效应力分布与特点等。
