柯河—茸安是深切的高山峡谷地貌,在茸安乡达尔仓沟口,海拔2900米,逆大渡河支流(麻尔曲河)柯河峡谷而上,至柯河峡谷俄家俄满雅尔山顶,海拔5036米,相对高差达2136米。河谷深切,河流湍急,地势崎岖。两条峡谷在茸安乡直尕以下汇合后通向马尔康境内,柯河、茸安地带是一个十分独特的立体生态分布区,山顶有碧绿的草甸,下面是黑郁郁的松杉针叶林带,依河而下是针阔叶混交林,河边是郁郁葱葱的灌丝,林中有熊、鹿、麝、藏马鸡等各种珍贵野生动物,栖息生长着羊肚菌、松茸、蕨菜和各种野生中药材。河谷许多地段开发有漂流等特种旅游. 柯河、茸安峡谷秋季红叶风景十分美丽壮观。数十公里的红叶、金色的白桦将整个峡谷点缀得十分美丽。河谷地带还有独特的柯河姊妹碉、伸臂桥、神山寺庙、佛塔和鱼塘石门槛、摩天岭、安湖水库等景点,让人流连忘返。
