In order to studying the corner strength performance of the rout & return system of Aluminum-Plastic Composite Panel(APP) for curtain walls under the wind loading,a testing instrument was made to test the corner strength performance under cyclic pressure,and the experiment was carried on for three kinds of APP made by different aluminum alloys.

A highly precise angle-differentiated device and its auto-controlling and measuring system used for angle demarcation are researched and developed.
研制并开发了用于角度标定的高精密角度分度装置及其测量控制系统,装置采用永磁直流力矩电机驱动精密轴系主轴的运转来带动分度盘的转动,以圆光栅测量系统检测主轴的转动角度,为了实现角度的零误差分度定位控制,转动角度的分度控制采用了闭环自动控制系统。

angle lapping 的目的是为了测量junction的深度，所作的芯片前处理，这种采用光线干涉测量的方法就称之angle lapping。公式为xj=λ/2 nf即junction深度等于入射光波长的一半与干涉条纹数之乘积。但渐渐的随着vlsi组件的缩小，准确度及精密度都无法因应。如srp(spreading resistance prqbing)也是应用angle lapping的方法作前处理，采用的方法是以表面植入浓度与阻值的对应关系求出junction的深度，精确度远超过入射光干涉法。
