ce liang buquedingdu zhengCe测t不确定度政策(间iey on unee耐ntyof~Inent)由中国实验室国家认可委员会发布的中国对测量不确定度的要求。该政策根据《实验室认可准则》，要求在实验室认可活动中使用测量不确定度来描述测量结果的质量。在评审实验室的技术能力时，对其建立的计量标准及其使用、编制的测量方法、校准方法等，须提供测量不确定度评定或分析报告。被认可校准实验室在出具校准证书时，对测量结果须作出不确定度的说明。当用户对特殊的检测有测t不确定度的要求时，被认可的检测实验室应能提供不确定度评定或分析结果。中国实验室国家认可委员会鼓励检测实验室使用测量不确定度，但暂时不作为评审检测实验室的强制要求。关于侧量不确定度的评定或分析方法，该政策明确采用150等7个国际组织联合制定的《测量不确定度表述指南(GuM)》，以及与之接轨的中华人民共和国国家计量规范《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059一l(理〕)。 (施昌彦杜贤和)
