【Method】 The contents of 22 chemical elements of Na, Mg, Al, K, Ca, V, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Se, Sr, Zr, Mo, Sn, Sb, Ba and Pb were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) in 61 de-fatted beef samples from Jilin, Guizhou, Ningxia, and Hebei of China, and analysis of var.
【方法】在代表中国4大牛肉产区的吉林、贵州、宁夏、河北共取牛肉样品61个,进行脱脂后利用等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS),测定了脱脂牛肉样品中的Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、V、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、As、Se、Sr、Zr、Mo、Sn、Sb、Ba、Pb共22种元素的含量,对其进行了方差分析、主成分分析、聚类分析及判别分析。
