Aiming at the problem that using rigid connection to simulate the connection relationship of double-layer longitudinal beam may lead to the calculated stress lower than actual stress,the riveting analog modes of double-layer longitudinal beam and the influence of different rivet installation on the longitudinal beam strength are discussed in this paper by using finite element software ANSYS.
针对以往对双层纵梁结构采用刚性连接模拟导致计算应力比实际应力偏低的问题,运用有限元软件AN SY S,对双层纵梁结构中的铆接模拟方式以及不同铆钉安装方式对纵梁强度的影响进行了探讨,从而为车架整体分析计算提供参考。

安梁堡梁氏大宅位于广东省高州市曹江镇安梁堡村。距离高州市中心约13公里，是典型的中西艺术交融，富有时代代表性的民国民居建筑。大宅是当地著名乡坤梁普埙、梁普篪兄弟的旧居，建成于1947年，占地面积达一万一千多平方米，建筑面积达四千多平方米。主体建筑分为东、西两宅，分别由前楼、后楼和侧楼组成，前楼一层，后楼三层，侧楼二层，前后楼之间有天井，并通过多条走廊相互贯通，连为一体。在功能分布上，后楼是主楼，是梁府家庭成员的生活起居住宅，前楼是雇工住宅和生活服务区，侧偻用于储存食物和物品。大宅还配套有花园、水井、池塘、厕所、猪舍、牛栏、码头等设施。大宅整体是中国传统的楼阁式，同时配合了西式的走廊和装饰。大宅的排水系统也别具一格，落到大宅的雨水通过管道进入天井中的大水池，水池水满后才往外排泄，因此，水池常年储满水，可备发生火灾时使用。大宅主体建筑对外的墙体上，每间隔一定的距离，就开有射击孔和瞭望窗，和大宅四周的围墙、护卫角楼组成了坚固的防御系统，从而使大宅成为一座集防卫、住宅、贮藏于一体等综合使用功能的建筑。
