调料:西红柿、熟牛肉
调料:葱、姜、香菜、香油、番茄酱、鸡精、盐
做法:
1、 将海兔洗净片成片,用沸水焯一下捞出待用,西红柿切成块,熟牛肉切成块;
2、 坐锅点火倒油,待油热放入葱、姜煸出香味,放入番茄酱划散,加入海兔、熟牛肉块、盐、鸡精、水并转小火煨15分钟;
3、 加入西红柿、香油2-3分钟即可出锅,最后撒上香菜即可。
