性质:又称速率限制器或变化率限制器。当输入信号的变化率在预设定的变化率以下时,输出信号等于输入信号。如果输入信号的变化率超过设定值时,输出信号的变化被抑制在预先设定的变化率。当输入信号的变化率回复到设定的变化率以下时,则输出信号亦恢复到仍等于输入信号。
