By the method of producing the semigroup,this paper discusscs the well posedness of a class of equations with delays in the form:x′(t)=A0x(t)+Σpi=1Aix(t-hi)t≥0,where A0 is the generator of an analytic semigroup {eA0t,t≥0}on a Babach space X,and Ai(i=1,2…,p)are all(γ-A0)α-bounded linear operators for 0<α<1,γ>ω0(A0) is the growth bounds of the analytic semigroup{eA0t,t≥0}.
