Numerical simulation on separation performance of stationary classifier with different opening ratio of baffle plate

With adjusting the opening degree of baffle plate in the stationary classifier of the MPS mill,the fineness of pulverized coal was decreased,the particle size distribution was more even,but the power consumption and pressure drop of the MPS mill were increased.
