材料
蚌12只
调料
1）黄油或人造黄油1/2杯，置于室温下 2）洋葱1/4杯，剁碎 3）青椒碎1/4杯 4）芹菜碎1/4杯 5）欧芹碎1/4杯
6）柠檬汁2汤匙 7）辣椒1罐（5盎司），沥干，剁碎 8）腌肉4片，煮熟，切碎
做法
1）将半部分的蚌排列成圈在耐温微波碟中或餐碟中，蚌口向外，高火烹饪3—6分钟，直至蚌壳打开。取出。剩余的蚌以同样程序重复。
2）混和奶油干酪，洋葱，青椒，芹菜，欧芹和柠檬汁在1夸脱大小的玻璃杯中。
3）排列半数的蚌成圈在耐温微波浅碟中。在每只蚌上浇上等份蔬菜混合物，辣椒碎和腌肉碎。高火烹饪2—3分钟。剩余的蚌同样程序重复。趁热食用。
