Based on the population and the natural disaster database of counties in China, this paper adopts population density, which shows hazard-affected population, and disaster frequency, which reflects intensity of natural disasters, to establish the corresponding relationship between them.
依据灾害系统理论与中国县域人口、自然灾害数据库,采用反映人口承灾体的人口密度和反映自然灾害强度的频数,建立二者的对应关系,将中国划分为 15个不同的人口密度与综合自然灾害频数等级组合类型。
