反刍家畜瓣胃蠕动机能障碍导致的消化道病。病畜瓣胃内容物停滞，各小叶间食物形成干硬的薄片，小叶坏死，故又称"百叶干"病。一般由于长期采食枯老的植物藁杆、多纤维的坚韧饲料及粗质的糠麸糟粕而引起。饮水和运动不足可加重病情的发展。更多的病例继发于前胃弛缓、产后血红蛋白尿、生产瘫痪、矿物质缺乏以及铅中毒等疾病。生前确诊困难。治疗时应先充分补液，同时投服泻剂，最好对瓣胃注射液体石蜡或硫酸钠溶液。
