This study measured {}+{13}C NMR chemical shifts of 348 carbon atoms in 64 alcoholic compounds, and studied their relationship with the atomic ionicity index, the polarizability effect index and the structural information parameters N+i-H(i=α、β、γ) and γ-{OH} of the compounds.

The study on the relation between the structure parameters of 142 carbon atoms in 39 amine(compounds) and their ~(13)C NMR chemical shifts indicates that the ~(13)C NMR chemical shifts of amine compounds are related to the ionicity index(INI),the polarizability effect index(PEI) of alkyl group and stereoscopic effect(α_(—C),β_(——C),γ_(—C)) :δ_(c)=175.
