In this paper,we discuss the Optimal assignment problem of weighted incomplete bipartite graph (X,Y) and determine the matching with maximum weight of Bipartite graph by searching for the Subperfect matching with maximum weight,and then the paper tries to judge if any workers should be adjusted.
