shu一lunJ一zhuzhou水轮机主轴(main shaft of water turbine) 把水轮机转轮与水轮发电机转子连成整体,将转轮产生的机械能和轴向力传递给发电机的部件。一般主轴制成整段,一端和水轮机转轮连接,另一端和发电机轴或转子体连接。有时为了在不拆发电机的情况下能拆出水轮机转轮,将水轮机主轴分成两段。横轴冲击式水转机的发电机轴直接和转轮连接,不存在水轮机主轴。 连接方式主轴和水轮机转轮及发电机轴的连接依靠刚性法兰,一般采用销子连轴螺栓紧固,结构简单可靠,但没有互换性,加工较麻烦。也有用销和键传动的,免去了联轴螺栓孔的铰孔工序,经少量修整即可互换.近年来已逐渐采用高强度联轴螺栓连接,靠摩擦传递扭矩,结构简单,加工容易,有互换性。 结构大中型水轮机主轴一般采用空心结构。混流式水轮机常利用中心孔补气。转桨式水轮机桨叶操作油管装在中心孔内。主轴满足扭转振动和横向振动的要求,其临界转速应等于水轮机最大飞逸转速的1 .1~1.3倍。 材料一般用35、40、45号碳素钢或20 Mnsi钢整锻而成。也有用上述材料锻造轴身或钢板卷焊成的薄壁轴身用电渣焊和锻造法兰连接。
