产地：中国台湾高雄。
它是以高雄的一种野生植物的“破布子”的果实加工而成的。先将破布子用清水洗净，再放入锅里煮约3个小时，边煮边搅拌，待搅成粘稠糊状后，趁热捞出盛入碗内。并把调味料（如味精、九层塔、蒜、辣椒、花生末等）加进去，最后加适量盐搅匀，用勺压成块状。凉后倒扣出来就成了野味小吃破布子块。
特点：不但可做食物，还有利尿、镇咳、祛痰、增进食欲之药效。这种香咸糯软的小吃，广受台湾南部客家人的喜爱。
