Based on the grey matrix relative degree,a new decision making method is presented,and a decision making example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of this new method.

既含有已知地理信息，又含有未知的或非确知地理信息的地理系统。是控制论的观点和方法延伸到地理系统的产物，是地理系统的控制与运筹学的数学方法相结合的尝试。其内容包括模型建造、地理预测、地理决策、地理控制等。在这些问题中，地理灰色系统更多地体现了由抽象对象转化为“同构”实体的由“灰”变“白”的特点。地理系统的各个环节，明显地存在着“灰色”、“白色”参数相互混杂的情形，必须采用新的建模思想和新的处理方法，才能更好地逼近正确结果，地理灰色系统正是达到此目的的一个途径。“关联度”是分析各地理因素互相联系的一种“量的测度”，是地理灰色系统决策、预测、分析、建模的基础。地理灰色系统不象灰箱那样，主张打破“箱”的束缚，着重从事物内部的研究（即从结构、参数、总的特征等），尽量发挥系统内部“白”信息的作用。
