又称“获得性血小板功能缺陷”、“轻型血小板病”。服用阿司匹林、潘生丁等药物或某些疾病引起的继发性血小板功能障碍。其发病机制是血小板致密体与α颗料内的生物活性物质正常，但释放机制明显异常。此种情况与正常人服用阿司匹林的情况类似，故称为阿司匹林样缺陷。临床表现皮肤淤点与淤斑、鼻出血、齿龈出血及月经过多。确诊需通过阿司匹林耐量试验，本症呈阳性反应。严重出血者输鲜血及血小板。
