【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，鲜者2～3两。外用：烧存性研末调敷。
【选方】
①治汤火所灼未成疮者：菰蒋根洗去土，烧灰，鸡子黄和涂之。(《肘后方》) ②治毒蛇啮：菰蒋草根灰，取以封之。(《广济方》) ③治暑热腹痛：鲜菰根二至二两。水煎服。(《湖南药物志》)
