By studying the SSC exercise of the muscle of the take-off leg in the process of back layout,the purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical reference for the guidance of the special strength training of the high jumpers takeoff leg and for raising their high jump performance in China.

Objective: To study the differences of two kinds of flow cymetric methods CD45/SSC-Gating and FSC/SSC-Gating, which were used to analyze the percent of lymphocyte subsets of the sentinel lymph nodes.
结果:FSC/SSC设门组中总淋巴细胞的百分比(TL)为(79·42±5·02)%,CD45/SSC设门组中TL为(97·66±4·60)%(P<0·05)。
