重复诱导加深法
deepening by repeated induction
重复诱导加深法(deepening by repeatedInduction)近年来常用的种有效催眠加深法。施术者以认真、耐心的态度,对受术者采取诱导一唤醒一再诱导一再唤醒交替进行的方一式,结合催眠后暗示加深法来消除受术者意识和潜意识中对催眠的抵抗,从而达到深度催眠状态。具体操作是:当受术者被诱入浅催眠时,暗示:“我将叫醒你,我从1数到3时你就会醒来,你的眼睛也能睁开,你的视线就与我的视线相遇,并凝视我的眼睛;然后我再慢慢地从l数到5,当我数到3的时候,你又想睡了,眼睛会逐渐闭上,当数到5的时候,你的眼睛就紧紧地闭卜了,头很沉重,很快地睡着了,这比以前睡得更深。”注意:当做好暗示性准备后开始数,数到5的同时,施术者用分开五指的手放在受术者的脸部,但不要触及皮肤,使其有一种夜幕突然降临的感觉,以增强催眠暗示作用。如此重复进行,即可达到深度催眠状态。重复诱导加深法约需2小时之久。经催眠诱导巧一45分钟时开始重复诱导,约4一5次。每次间歇5一10分钟,施术者可以休息片刻或借此机会检验催眠后暗示性反应情况。 (马维祥撰李鸣果审)
