This paper introduces the present situation of various issuing channels of the Chinese periodicals and their influence on the acquisitioning work, points out that the rational selection of the subscribing channels is the key of acquisitioning the Chinese periodicals, and puts forward some acquisitioning countermeasures adopted in the market variation.
