制法: (1)干猴头菇水发后,上浆氽透,加汤上笼与薏米同蒸至透。
(2)鲜芦荟切片出水清炒后码在四周。
(3)高级清汤调色入味扒在其上即可。
特点: 色泽红润,口味咸鲜,口感软滑
