观察什么，能够吸取什么，是被注意过程决定的。观察经验的类型和数量，是由制约注意过程的许多因素进行调整的。其中包括观察者的特征、榜样呈现的性质、人际关系的结构特征等。(2)保持过程。通过这一过程，是为了把榜样的示范行为，以映象和言语形态保存在记忆中，成为记忆编码，会在以后实行这种行为时起着向导作用。(3)运动再现过程。这是把以映象和言语形态保存在记忆中的行为表象转换为行为的过程，也就是行为的实行过程。班杜拉把这种行为的实行，分解为反应的认知组合、反应的最初表现、对反应的监控、依据信息反馈进行的精心练习等环节。(4)动机作用过程。人们并不把学到的行为全部表现出来，因此，这一理论把行为的习得和行为的表现区分开来。示范行为如果导致有价值的结果，就会增强观察者产生同样行为的倾向;如果导致惩罚或无报偿的结果，就会抑制或削弱观察者发生这种行为的倾向。直接强化、替代强化和自我强化，对由观察而学会的行为的表现，都具有动机作用的功能‘、观察学习的价值或作用可归结为如卜几点:(1)依据直接经验的所有学习，都可以通过对他人的行为及其结果的观察而代理地实现。人的思想、情感和行为，不仅受直接经验的影响，而且也受观察的影响。因此，在教育中，榜样的示范作用是不可忽视的。(2)人们由于有通过观察而学习的能力，就能迅速地掌握大量的整合的行为模式，而不必依据无聊的尝试错误这种一点一滴地去获取复杂行为的方法。(3)观察学习不仅可以使习得过程缩短，而且还可以避免由于直接尝试的失败带来的重大的损失或危害。 (成立夫撰区互国审)观察学习理论(observatiooal learningtheory)由美国心理学家A.班杜拉所确立的一种学习理论。这一理论认为，人类的学习，多数是在社会交往中，通过对榜样的示范行为的观察、模仿而进行的。学习者在通过观察进行学习时，可以不必做出外部反应，也不需亲自体验强化，仅仅是通过观察他人在一定环境中的行为，并观察他人接受一定的强化来进行学习的;这是在替代强化的基础上所发生的学习。班杜拉依据自己研究的结果，把观察学习分为四个过程:(l)注意过程。为了能够依靠观察进行学习，人们需要注意榜样行为的重要特征，加以正确地知觉。人虽然经常置身于大量的示范的影响之一F，但是从中深入
