Animal model: Distribute the 78 SD rat randomly to 1、2、4、8、16、32d time point after the nerves were transected, each point is 13 ,there are group as dorsal nerve of penis、cavernous nerve and dorsal nerve and cavernous transection in per time point, each group is 3,and have3 for sham operation and 1 for normal control respectively.
目的:观察大鼠双侧海绵体神经和/或阴茎背神经离断后阴茎海绵体组织细胞凋亡的表达。
