以色列中央军校是以色列军队培养陆、海、空三军基层军官的学校。该校归陆军司令部管辖，是三军共同的初级军校。
以色列中央军校主要负责培训陆军各兵种、空军地面各兵种和海军岸上各兵种的基层军官。军校招生对象为表现优秀并具有潜在领导能力的士兵或班长，由部队向中央军校推荐入学。该校学制为半年，主要学习连排指挥、分队战术、兵种协同、训练方法和带兵原则，使学员基本掌握连排级战斗指挥和战术原则，学会组织训练和基本协同，并具备一定的带兵能力。步兵、伞兵学员结束训练后授少尉军衔分配到原部队任排长。其他兵种学员结束训练后到各兵种学校继续学习本兵种专业指挥，结业后授少尉军衔，担任本兵种基层指挥军官。
