active technique of psychoanalysis
积极粉神分析术(aetive teehnique ofpsyehoanalysis)由精神分析家费伦茨(Ferenezi，5.)所提出的一种精神分析方法。他于1908年开始跟随弗洛伊德接受精神分析训练，不久他便成为精神分析的核心成员。起初他根据弗洛伊德的“节制”(abstineney)概念提出采用“剥夺”(privation)式的精神分析术。也就是鼓励病人除了分析治疗经验外，减除一切满足的来源，以便使所有的力比多能量都被用于治疗过程、用来克服抵抗作用。在精神分析治疗中治疗者采取“中立”的姿态，以阐释作为主要的治疗活动。可是后来费伦茨又提出一种完全不同的精神分析术，这种积极或主动的精神分析术直接与弗洛伊德经典精神分析法的许多基本设想相对立。他认为，分析治疗者应当改变中立态度，应当向病人提供爱:因为在治疗过程中这种爱是必不可少的治疗力量，应当成为主要的治疗手段。精神分析的积极技术的提出，使费伦茨离开了弗洛伊德经典精神分析的道路，但是由于他于1933年便死去，故尚未同弗洛伊德公开决裂。 (梁宝勇撰徐俊见审)
