【来源】
为豆科植物滇南杭子梢的根。
【植物形态】
滇南杭子梢 灌木，高达2米。嫩枝有棱角，被细柔毛。三出复叶互生，小叶片椭圆形或倒卵状椭圆形，长2～3厘米，宽8～15毫米，先端圆有细尖，基部渐狭，全缘，两面有短柔毛；叶柄被细柔毛；托叶钻形。总状花序腋生，或圆锥花序顶生；苞片披针形，有柔毛；花梗纤细，丝状；萼齿4，三角形，外被柔毛；花冠蝶形，紫色。荚果斜矩形，有柔毛。花期9～10月。 生于草坡和灌木丛中。分布云南、贵州等地。

秋季采收。
【性味】
性温，味甘。
【功用主治】
祛瘀止痛，清热利湿。
【选方】
①治跌打损伤：干枝柳适量。加甜酒捣绒，敷患处。 ②治刀伤：干枝柳适量。捣绒，敷伤口。 ③治痢疾：干枝柳五钱。煨水服。
