【来源】
为槐叶苹科植物槐叶苹的全草。
【植物形态】
槐叶苹 一年生浮水草本。茎细长，横走，有毛。叶有两种，一种细长如根，垂生水中；一种浮在水面，绿色，羽状排列于茎的两侧。叶片矩圆形，长8～12毫米，宽5～6毫米，先端圆，基部圆形或梢呈心形，全缘，上面淡绿色，侧脉有刺毛，下面被棕色透明的毛茸。孢子果圆球形，4～8个丛生于根状叶的基部，果内生孢子囊，大孢子囊和小孢子囊分生于大小两种孢子果内。孢子期9～12月。 生于池沼、水田等处。全国大部分地区有分布。
【性味】
①《闽南民间草药》："苦，平。" ②《上海常用中草药》："辛，寒。"
【功用主治】
治劳热，浮肿，疔疮，湿疹，火烫伤。 ①《上海常用中草药》："清热解毒，活血止痛。治痈肿疔毒，瘀血积痛。" ②《贵州草药〉："清热，除湿，消肿。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，0.5～1两。外用：捣敷或煎汤熏洗。
【选方】
①治虚劳热：蜈蚣萍全草一至二两(洗净)，甜瓜条半两。上二药摊放在小竹筛上，再将竹筛安炖锅内架空，盖密，隔水炖一、二小时，令草液滴在锅中，然后取服。(《闽南民间草药》) ②治鼻疔：蜈蚣萍一大把。搀细绞汁，冲酒一杯，温服，渣敷患处。(《北京中医》(9)：19，1954) ③治浮肿：大浮萍、三角风、八角枫、臭牡丹、大血藤、小血藤各二至四两。煮水蒸气熏治。(《贵州草药》) ④治湿疹：㈠鲜蜈蚣萍一至二两。水煎服。㈡鲜蜈蚣萍、鲜细叶桉叶各适量。水煎汤洗。 ⑤治赤游丹毒：鲜蜈蚣萍和食盐少许捣烂，贴大椎穴，症状未减者加贴囟门，未见效者加贴脐中。 ⑥治眉疔：鲜蜈蚣萍和蜜捣敷患处。 ⑦治口唇疔：鲜蜈蚣萍和蟑螂肚二个，食盐少许，捣敷患处。(④方以下出《福建中草药》) ⑧治火烫伤：槐叶苹炙存性，研末调油外敷。皮肤未破者，可用槐叶苹全草加食盐捣敷。(《浙江天目山药植志》)
