一、学校性质：
本培训部系“北京市民革逸仙中学”所属成人培训教育机构，1998年经通州区成人教育局批准成立。
二、教学目标：
1、本培训部以服务社会，教育兴国为办学宗旨，以提高下岗职工、社会青年以及出国留学人员的英语水平，为社会提供更多外向型英语人才为教育目标。
2、本培训部将根据“民革逸仙中学”与“加拿大英皇学院”联合办学协议精神，为该校以及由该校推荐的部分外校高中毕业生培训提供留学英语，提供留学咨询。
三、学校简介：
1、本培训部教师由“北京市第二外国语学院”及部分重点中学高级教师组成，为加强英语口语训练，另聘部分外籍英语教师担任口语教学工作。
2、本培训部教学设备先进，配备“多功能语言学习系统”教室，“486型”计算机教室以及多种先进、科学的电化教学设备。
4、本培训部根据学生需求可提供食宿。
5、“北京市民革逸仙中学”已在加拿大建立“逸仙教育中心”，对学校推荐的留学生提供接机、安排统一食宿、生活管理等项服务。
四、学制及毕业：
1、短期培训班学制两个月，课程为初、高中普通英语，中、高考前辅导，计120课时。
2、中、短期培训班学制六个月，课程为商贸英语，计360课时。
3、出国英语强化班学制两个月，课程为tofel、gre（大学报考研究生）以及英语口语强化训练（高中生报考本科）。该班将增开国际礼仪，计算机操作，加拿大历史、法规等课程，计240课时。
4、凡本培训部毕业生均可得到结业证书均有资格享受“英皇学院”留学生优惠待遇和“北京市民革逸仙中学”特设于加拿大温哥华市的“加拿大逸仙教育中心”的生活及勤工俭学安置。
