Although there is no specific provision regarding the system of people jurors’participating in the execution procedure,it still has its own legitimacy and rationality because the spirit of judiciary democratization it embodies is highly consistent with the value of the people’s jurors system.
宁波市北仑区人民法院在陪审员"陪执"的实践探索中,认识到:应明确陪审员"有限参与"之制度定位;发挥审判员角色作用,构建陪审员参与执行裁决机制;挖掘执行员角色优势,强化陪审员参与执行强制力度。
