The Standing Committee of National Parliament of China carried out a modified bill of Judge Law,Law of Public Procurator and Law of Lawyer on June 2001,which regulated that to pass the Unified Judicial Examination is the exclusive way for judges,procurator and lawyers to get the certificate of legal profession in the future.
2001年6月30日全国人大常委会修改了《法官法》、《检察官法》,规定:“国家对初任法官、初任检察官和取得律师资格实行统一的司法考试制度;统一司法考试由国务院司法行政部门会同最高人民法院、最高人民检察院共同制定司法考试实施办法,由国务院司法行政部门负责实施。
