The farmer training and its certification system in Europe;

The main experience of agriculture information service and farmer training practiced in developed country abroad were introduced.

Based uopon the present situation in Chinese countryside,the writer argues that farmer training is one of the important means of increasing farmers’ quality.

The farmers training is the requirement of promoting the transference of suburban labors and the suburban modernization and also the needs of constructing the harmonious society.

The author discusses problems of farmers-training system such as several ranks principal agent,un-standardized items operating,lack of standarized monitoring,evaluating index system and inspiring mechanism,according to investigation on youth farmers training in Hu nan,Gansu,Yunnan and Jiangsu provinces.

In recent years,police training has already become the current of public security official education.

Constructism learning theory must offer many thoughts of the police training.

Under the circumstances of public security academy is trying to advance to the undergraduate education of public security,the police training work should rely on the resources of the formal academic education.

Through the research in the experimental area and the areas involved, this project has brought up the necessity, contents, and methods of farmer-training, what kinds of farmers should be trained, and the problems we should avoid.
