The paper has proposed an evaluation framework for FSE tourism through the hierarchy analysis of the weights of evaluation indexes,six of which are 1st level indicators found in the literature and the questionnaire with experts among 1st and 26 2nd level indicators.
文章通过文献回顾和专家访谈就会展旅游的发展条件初步选取了6项一级指标和26项二级指标,通过专家问卷法对指标进行筛选和修整,从软硬环境两方面确定了评价节事旅游发展条件的六项一级指标,然后运用层次分析法对评价指标的权重进行计算,最终建立节事旅游发展条件的评估体系。

由北京市政府、国家旅游局主办，北京市旅游局等单位承办的第4届北京国际旅游文化节9月23日至27日举办。文化节历时5天，包括开幕式暨盛装行进表演、魅力东方系列活动、送戏到家、第4届北京宣武文化旅游艺术节、精品旅游线路推荐、首都橱窗亮起来、第4届北京中国古玩艺术品博览会和闭幕式狂欢活动。
9月23日，由来自五大洲43个国家和国内11个省市的近5000名中外表演者在平安大街上进行了盛装行进表演。全国人大常委会副委员长王光英、全国政协副主席万国权、国家旅游局副局长张希钦以及北京市有关领导与近20万首都市民观看了表演。
9月27日晚，有中外演员和观众1200多人参加了在朝阳公园举行的闭幕狂欢活动。
