红豆莲枣粽
·配 料:糯米1杯,红豆、白莲(去芯)和红枣(去核)各1/4杯,竹叶8张,棉线
·操 作:
1、糯米洗净后泡水4小时以上(红豆、莲子和红枣都是用干货,不用预先泡水的,莲子泡了水还不容易煮淋呢)
2、竹叶用水煮5分钟,拿起放凉,糯米沥干水与红豆等拌匀,然后用竹叶包好,滚水放粽子,煮3个小时就好了
