主料：荞麦面
辅料：牛肉片、白煮蛋、黄瓜片、白萝卜、韩国梨片、大葱、大蒜、洋葱
调料：韩国醋、黄芥末酱、辣椒粉、冷面汤、低钠盐
操作：
1、白萝卜、黄瓜分别切片，加低钠低钠盐腌制入味；
2、荞麦面入锅煮熟，滴入几滴油；
3、把面倒入清水中，用手搓洗一下待用；
4、萝卜和黄瓜分别挤干水，加入辣椒粉、糖、韩国醋腌制入味；
5、韩国梨切片待用；
6、把荞麦面倒入碗里，加入萝卜片、牛肉片、黄瓜片、白煮蛋、梨片，加入冷面汤；
7、旁边配上黄芥末酱、韩国醋即可食用。
