With guidance of circulated economy and eco-industrial theory as well as based on existing situation of water,air and solid waste pollution,schemes of sustainable development for Huangge District,Guangzhou were proposed in terms of infrastructural improvement and eco-chain design for the purpose of improving environment quality and sustainable developing the economy of this area.
以循环经济和生态工业的理念为指导,针对黄阁地区日益严重的水污染、大气污染、固废污染和资源低效率利用现状,从完善园区基础设施、设计生态链,变工业废物为可再生资源的角度,提出黄阁地区可持续发展方案及管理建议,以期实现黄阁地区环境质量的改善及区域经济和环境的可持续发展。
