采药 气功内丹术术语。丹功中产药后，须及时采取归源，谓之采药。为炼精化气四诀要之一。其方法，如《五篇灵文》说：“其采取之妙，如发千钧之弩，只用一寸之机，似乎非采，不采实采，乃为真采也。”又说：“神守玄宫，意迎牝府”，乃采药诀要。此为文采。又有主张用武火者，以舐（舌抵上腭）、吸（吸气）、撮（撮肛）、闭（闭口鼻）四字诀导引之，逼令药物归炉、阳物平缩，行周天运转以炼精化炁。参见“产药”条。
