目的:本研究采用心电图为客观指标,对比观察心包原穴——大陵穴和心包经合穴——曲泽穴对冠心病患者心电图即刻效应影响的差异性,并观察两穴之间的配伍效应,为临床优选腧穴提供实验依据。

Choosing self-comparision method in order to reduce error,30 cases clinical diagnosed as CHD were observed, among whom 3 cases had lost, so in fact 27 cases were observed The alteration of ST part and t wave between before electro-acupuncture and withdrawal of needle at instant effect、5min、15min、30min、60min instantly were observed respectively.
